Singular Rooftop Terrace 

Location On the roof of Sant Francesc Hotel Singular, in the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca, overlooking the San Francesc Basilica and the sea. 

What to order A glass of champagne while you watch the sun set over Palma. Salud. 

Location Ginbo is a cocktail and gin bar in Passeig de Mallorca, around 11 minutes’ walk from Plaça Major.

What to order Gin, of course. There are more than 100 different types to choose from, with highly trained mixologists on hand to prepare some of the best cocktails in town. The bar is open during the day for coffees and snacks.  

Location In the up-and-coming Santa Catalina neighbourhood.

What to order Try the signature Daiquiri Patron. Thursdays is music day, featuring different bands throughout the day.  

Location At the Can Alomar hotel, this is one of Palma’s most central spots to for a cocktail overlooking the romantic, tree-lined Passeig del Borne.

What to order How about a Lima, the bar’s version of a pisco pour, or perhaps something chilled from the excellent Mallorcan wine list, accompanied by Japanese-Peruvian inspired tapas from the hotel’s restaurant, Tokyo a Lima.

Location Recently opened in Carrer Rosa, near the Des Mercat Plaza, a few minutes’ walk from the Passeig del Born.

What to order Tapas and a glass of Vermut Chappó: La Vermutería is a traditional Spanish bar, honouring the age-old custom of ‘la hora del vermut’, or Vermouth time.Brassclub

Location In Passeig Mallorca, five minutes’ walk from Es Baluard Museu d’Art Modern i Contemporani.

What to order Your favourite cocktail – Brassclub is owned by award-winning mixologist Rafa Martin and is fast becoming known as the leading cocktail bar in Palma. The cocktail list changes regularly to incorporate seasonal ingredients.
