Lindbergh Card, Air Charter ServiceI’ve been an awful good girl…so please slip one of the following travel gifts under the tree for me:

A private jet

If a private jet is out of the question how about a Lindbergh card from Air Charter Service which can be used to book a helicopter or a private jet to anywhere in the world. The card does cost £50,000, but that’s enough for multiple short hops on helicopters, five return trips to Paris or a one way trip to New York, so it’s a bargain really.

London Classic Car Show 2017

A fast car

If not my very own red Ferrari then I’d like tickets to February’s London Classic Car Show so I can drool over more than 700 of the world’s finest classic cars. Tickets are £24 or £55 for VIP Premium, but I’d prefer the VIP Premium Plus ticket (£70) which gives fast track entry, a Show Handbook, access to the Grand Avenue Club plus an invitation to the special star-studded VIP Preview evening on Thursday 23 February and to the new stage area at the heart of the exclusive Gala Evening Celebration of 70 Years of Ferrari.Belmond British PullmanA train trip with Mary Berry

I’m aware that Belmond British Pullman’s Afternoon Tea Hosted by Mary Berry on 5 February 2017 is already sold out but all is not lost as there is a waiting list and someone might just cancel… Not only will the Queen of Baking be serving her favourite cakes and desserts throughout the afternoon aboard the train, she will also be greeting passengers at London Victoria station. And there’s a cake for every guests to take home with them. From £303 per personBritish Airways Flight SimulatorA flying lesson

One lesson will be sufficient as it’s in a simulator at British Airways’ state-of-the-art Flight Training Centre near Heathrow. The day starts with a full technical briefing from a pilot followed by an hour’s flying time in which participants can land and take off from multiple airports as well as cruising through blue skies. From £399 in a Boeing 767 or from £449 in a Boeing 777, with 20 per cent off gift vouchers booked by 24 December, 2016 using the promotional code SANTA. The voucher can be redeemed for available dates during the 12 months from the date of purchase.Sunborn London Yacht-HotelA super-yacht

No? In that case I’d like a night aboard the Sunborn London, a luxurious super-yacht hotel permanently moored in Royal Victoria Dock. And if that breaks the budget, then I’ll settle for one of the yacht-hotel’s Under the Sea Afternoon Teas. Scones ahoy. From around £425 for a junior suite; Under the Sea Afternoon Tea, £26 per person or £36 with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut.

PS Return tickets to the Caribbean, a night at the Paris Ritz or a weekend at Barnsley House would also be most acceptable.
