UK and Ireland deliveryWe will normally process your Travelwrap order on the same working day we receive it, and dispatch it either the same day or the next working day if Expediated delivery service is ordered. We will contact you if there is a delay with the dispatch of your Travelwrap order.
All UK orders will be sent by APC, either Standard delivery (Complimentary) or Expediated delivery service (£9.95). The Expediated delivery is a 24 hour service and if your order is placed before 12 noon it will get to the UK address the next working day. If you use our Standard delivery service, the package will be delivered in approx 3-5 days. Both of these services are fully tracked and will require a signature on delivery.
There is always only 1 delivery charge per order.
International deliveryWe will normally process your Travelwrap order on the same working day we receive it, and dispatch it either the same day or the next working day. We send all our International orders via Courier where possible, which is tracked to destination and will require a signature on delivery. We will contact you if there is a delay with the dispatch of your Travelwrap order. Deliveries to addresses outside the UK cost between £15 and £30. Deliveries to addresses outside the UK should arrive within approx 5-7 working days.

Import taxes / dutiesUnless otherwise indicated you may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country of delivery. The amount of duty, if any, depends on the type of goods and their value. Some items can be imported without paying any duty at all.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union.
For orders being shipped to the USA, customers will also occasionally be asked to provide an EIN number or an SS# number by USA customs.
Returning goods on which duty has been paidIf you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you'll need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.

If you are unhappy with your Travelwrap order please return it to us (in its original condition) within 30 working days and you will receive a full refund or exchange. We are sorry but as we do not charge delivery on our standard outward bound deliveries, we cannot refund postage for returns unless of course, the product is damaged or faulty.
Please obtain proof of postage for your parcel. We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged when we get them back.
