Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
1. Travelwraps will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service (UK) and Parcleforce International Global Priority for overseas deliveries.The package will require a signature on delivery.
2. We aim to send out your Travelwrap(s) within 2 working days, however this is not guaranteed.
3. We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your goods.
4.We cannot arrange for goods to be left with a neighbour or similar requests.
5. Refunds/ replacements for items bought as gifts can only be given/sent to the original purchaser. If you decided to change an item, the original purchaser will be informed.
6. Unfortunately we cannot make personal deliveries or collections.
7. We reserve the right to refuse orders.
8. Please return your unwanted items to us within 14 days of purchase in perfect unused condition complete with linen bag and we will give you a full refund or exchange.
9. If your item(s) is faulty, please inform us immediately.
10. Postage cannot be refunded.
11. We recommend that you return goods recorded delivery. We are not responsible for goods that go missing.
12. On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged if goods are in resalable condition.
13. Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal. If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be despatched within 7 working days.

Product Details
1. Goods are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock when we receive the order, we will inform the customer and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
2. We display as accurately as possible the true colours of the goods that appear on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that this will represent the true colour of the product on delivery as the colours that you see depend on your monitor's display and you personal representation of colours.
3. The measurement of the Travelwrap given are average and are as accurate as possible
4. We reserve the right to refuse any orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.

Purchase of Orders

2. In the event that your order is flagged by a 'warning' or 'caution' from Paypal, we will contact you for further information required. Without this further information being provided within 3 working days, we will cancel your order and you will be refunded via Paypal accordingly.

Payment Details
1. Payments are processed at the time of ordering.

3. All prices include VAT at the current rate, and are correct at the time of system entry.
4. The total cost of the order is that of the goods purchased plus delivery charges.
