Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
1. All Travelwrap orders will be sent by Fedex UK and Fedex International. The delivery will require a signature on delivery.
2. We aim to send out your Travelwrap(s) within 24 hours of receiving an order, however this is not guaranteed.
3. We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your goods.
4. We cannot arrange for goods to be left with a neighbour or similar requests.
5. Refunds/replacements for items bought as gifts can only be given/sent to the original purchaser. If you decide to change an item, the original purchaser will be informed.
6. Unfortunately we cannot make personal deliveries or collections.
7. We reserve the right to refuse orders.
8. Please return your unwanted Travelwrap to us within 14 days of purchase in perfect unused condition complete with linen bag and we will give you a full refund or exchange.We recommend that you return goods recorded delivery. We are not responsible for goods that go missing.
9. If your Travelwrap(s) is faulty, please inform us immediately by e mail or phone (details above) and we will arrange collection.
10. Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. Once the order has been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal. If the Travelwrap(s) are being exchanged, they will be dispatched within 7 working days.
Product Details
1. Goods are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock when we receive the order, we will inform the customer and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
2. The measurements of the Travelwrap given are average and are as accurate as possible.
4. We reserve the right to refuse any orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.
Purchase of Orders
1. We only process orders which have been screened and accepted by Paypal. For details of countries and cards accepted by Paypal, visit www.paypal.com
2. In the event that your order is flagged by a 'warning' or 'caution' from Paypal, we will contact you for further information required. If this further information is not provided within three working days, we will cancel your order and you will be refunded via Paypal accordingly.
3. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any orders at any time.
Payment Details
1. Payments are processed at the time of ordering.
2. Payment methods are subject to Paypals acceptance.
3. All prices include VAT at the current rate, and are correct at the time of system entry.
4. For orders placed outside of the European Community the VAT will be removed before checkout.
5. The total cost of the order is that of the goods purchased plus delivery charges.
6. All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer or Paypal does not authorise payment, we will not be able to process the order.
