Firstly thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback over the service, this is very important to us. I am so sorry that the service has not met your expectations. I have looked into your order and the parcel was shipped by DHL on the 21st December 2017, taking into consideration working days over Christmas we endeavour to deliver the parcel within 1 - 3 working days. I understand that your parcel was delivered on the 27/12/17 which was the 3rd working day, 25th and 26th are not considered working days in the UK, this may be where the confusion lies.

Equally (if not more) impressive was the service. I ordered the wrap on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered to me in Switzerland on Tuesday morning - with UK tax deducted and a bill for the Swiss tax from DHL arriving a few days later.

I've often recommended Travelwrap, have made several purchases in recent years and use their wraps almost every day and always when I'm travelling - perfect as the adult version of a comfort blanket! They wear & wash well.
Travelwraps are an expensive purchase so I don't rush to buy them. They are the best kind of indulgence, though, so I don't doubt that I'll buy again.
