Travelwrap - New Beginnings...

I want to start this note by expressing that Travelwrap was never just a business to me, it was always so much more. I was profoundly sad about having to close the doors of a brand that means so much to me, my team and all our loyal customers.

The last couple of months have been somewhat of a rollercoaster for us all but this note marks the start of an exciting new chapter for our business, and I could not be happier!

Since the start of the year, we have received inquiries from several individuals and businesses interested in purchasing Travelwrap - both the business and the brand. However, these discussions were mostly dismissed as it became clear that they were ‘not the right fit’ for us or the brand. However, when I received an email from a Scottish businessman a couple of weeks before we were due to close, something about the tone of the email and the senders’ approach ignited a spark of interest for me. After more Zoom calls and emails I discovered that the prospective new owners of Travelwrap had been admirers of the brand for many years.

Paul, Anna and their children live down the road from our mill in Hawick, in the Scottish Borders. Anna graduated from Edinburgh’s prestigious Heriot-Watt University with a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Design for Textiles (Fashion, Interior, Art) specialising in knit. Both Anna (below) and Paul have many years of experience in the world of business and cashmere. Anna also has experience working with a number of luxury brands, and Paul has successfully managed e-commerce companies over the years.

I am delighted to introduce Paul Graham and Anna Drabner-Graham,, the new owners of Travelwrap and the ideal stewards of the Travelwrap brand. I will be working closely with them over the next six months, as well as the existing Travelwrap team, to ensure a seamless transition as the next chapter of Travelwrap begins.

I am so grateful for all your loyalty and support over the years, and I know there will be many of you as excited as I am to see the next chapter of Travelwrap unfold.
