Description

Cashmere fibres may, over time, produce some pilling and suffer some wear and tear around the edges.

Download our reconditioning order form here Complete the form and return it to us with your cashmere Travel Wrap.

Our Mill in Scotland can professionally recondition your Travel Wrap by removing any pilling and hand finishing any loose yarns.

If damage to your travel wrap is extensive, we will contact you by email or phone to discuss what we can do, and whether any additional charge is due, prior to the work being undertaken. If the damage to your travel wrap is beyond repair or if you do not wish to pay any additional charges, we will issue a full refund (excluding postage costs) and return your travel wrap to you at our cost.

RECONDITIONING Information

Our luxurious knits can all be hand washed or dry cleaned. We recommend hand washing, as the garment will soften with age and hand washing. Just follow these simple guidelines:

Soak in lukewarm water using a mild detergent.
Squeeze suds gently through the fabric.
Rinse thoroughly in clean lukewarm water.
Gently squeeze out the water or spin on a short gentle spin on a washing machine.
Smooth garment back into the original shape and place flat on a towel.
Dry naturally away from radiators or sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
When dry press lightly with a cool iron.
