Rona is named after the pale pink shade of the seashells found on the rocks of Rona, a remote Scottish island.

The exquisite herringbone pattern in powder and white shades and the soft merino wool weave of the throw answer to the credo of a true Travelwrap: assuring cosy comfort and chic.

Rona is made in with all the craftmanship and care of our highland heritage. Our Scottish mill, Johnstons of Elgin, in the borders of Scotland weaves only with the finest of fibres, be it merino, wool, or sustainable cashmere. Our yarn is dyed, spun, woven, and finished on site. All our pieces are all hand finished.

This craftmanship makes Rona a luxury to last, and to be loved, for a lifetime.

Our luxurious knits can all be hand washed or dry cleaned. We recommend hand washing, as the garment will soften with age and hand washing. Just follow these simple guidelines:

Soak in lukewarm water using a mild detergent.
Squeeze suds gently through the fabric.
Rinse thoroughly in clean lukewarm water.
Gently squeeze out the water or spin on a short gentle spin on a washing machine.
Smooth garment back into the original shape and place flat on a towel.
Dry naturally away from radiators or sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
When dry press lightly with a cool iron.
