The thing is - I live in Australia, and they called at 7 AM their time in the UK, right after I had supposedly paid. Lovely intelligent conversation, thing resolved, and the wrap arrived three days later with no postage charges. And it is of fine quality, just as gorgeous as the website photos. Please, can I come work there...?
