The website and products are provided by The Travelwrap Company Limited, a company registered in England under number 6012041 with a registered office Unit 7 Hayters Court, Grigg Lane, Brockenhurst, SO42 7PG. When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of the website and/or purchaser of goods.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between you and us. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you visit the website and order goods, including monogrammed goods, or reconditioning services from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering goods or reconditioning services from our website.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions, including delivery fees and prices, from time to time at our discretion. If we do so, the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible, provided that any changes shall not apply in respect of an order received. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions so that you are aware of any changes to them.

GOODS

We take reasonable care to make sure that descriptions of our goods are correct at all times. However, because of the nature of their production, there may be small variations in each good and therefore the actual good you receive may differ slightly from the image or description on the website. We also try to display the colours of our goods accurately. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your device and we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the goods on delivery. All goods are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and we shall promptly refund all costs paid.

RECONDITIONING SERVICES

We shall use all reasonable skill and care in providing the reconditioning service. You acknowledge that the outcome of the reconditioning service depends on the extent of the damage itself and that it may not be possible to repair larger tears invisibly.

If damage to your Travelwrap is extensive, we will contact you by email or phone to discuss what we can do, and whether any additional charge is due, prior to the work being undertaken. If the damage to your Travelwrap is beyond repair or if you do not wish to pay any additional charges, we will issue a full refund (excluding postage costs) and return your Travelwrap to you at our cost.

We cannot be held responsible for Travelwraps that do not reach us so we strongly recommend that you retain a Proof of Postage certificate (at no extra cost) from the Post Office or courier.

You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning your Travelwrap(s) for reconditioning. Our service includes return postage costs, except as set out above.

Reconditioning of your Travelwrap may involve repairs by hand so please allow up to 6 weeks for return of your Travelwrap(s).

In the very unlikely event that the Travelwrap is lost, stolen or damaged whilst in our care, we will either replace it with the same or similar product or, if that is not possible, with a product from our range to an equal or greater value of the original purchase. We shall have no further liability to you in respect of any lost, stolen or damaged Travelwrap.

ORDERS

We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, including wrong initials, typographical errors, incorrect delivery address and any other ordering mistakes. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer complimentary standard delivery to most countries around the world, irrespective of which location and website you are shopping from. If you are resident in Australia, Canada, Channel Islands, Europe, Ireland or USA, please log onto these location-specific websites on our home page, to buy in your own currency. All purchases are shipped from our UK distribution centre. All references in these terms and conditions to working day are to a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England.

We aim to pack and prepare your Travelwrap order on the same working day we receive your order, and dispatch it either the same day (if ordered before 12pm UK time) or the next working day. If your order includes a bespoke service (including monogramming) this will extend the time to progress your order. We will contact you if there is any unforeseen delay with the dispatch of your Travelwrap order.

Please note: the deadline for Christmas exchanges and refunds has been extended until 31st January 2019.

IMPORT TAXES / DUTIES

For most of our customers (shipping to UK, EU, AU, CA & USA) taxes and duties are included in the total price you have paid and your order will be shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). For other international customers who may be liable to pay import duties/local taxes please refer to further information below.

For European countries outside the EU we will refund VAT on receipt of your order i.e. Switzerland and Channel Islands.

For all other international destinations (Outside the EU, Australia, Canada and USA) there may be customs or import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your destination country which will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Please contact your local customs office for further information if required.

If you think your order may incur import taxes and duties and would like us to bill the taxes and duties in advance (For example you are purchasing a gift), we can estimate this for you and allow you to pre pay this. Contact us on info@thetravelwrapcompany.com for further information.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the products (not including shipping charges) on all packages dispatched for delivery.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.

RETURNS POLICY

All Christmas gifts can be exchanged or returned by end of January 2019

UK RETURNS

We offer free returns for our UK customers purchasing standard price goods within 30 days from the purchase date and you will be offered an exchange (with complimentary shipping) or a refund.

In order to process an exchange or full refund, on any unwanted or unworn Travelwrap, you will need to:

1. Fill in the details on the Return/Exchange form.
2. Include the item you want to return in its original condition and packaging.
3. Post your Travelwrap back through your local post office using the prepaid returns label provided. Please ensure you retain proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Once we have received your returned Travelwrap, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you further email notification to confirm this.

Please note, if you wish to return a discounted item, please mail it to us using an appropriate secure postage delivery service.

EU RETURNS

If you are unhappy with a Travelwrap Company purchase, please return it to us within 30 days from the purchase date and you will be offered an exchange (with complimentary shipping) or a refund.

In order to process an exchange or full refund, on any unwanted or unworn Travelwrap, you will need to:

1. Include the item you want to return in its original condition and packaging.
2. Fill in the details on the Return/Exchange form.
3. Enclose the original dispatch note or provide details of your name, address and order number.

We regret that The Travelwrap Company is unable to provide free returns for orders dispatched to countries outside the UK and within Europe. We recommend that you retain your postage receipt as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Once we have received your returned Travelwrap, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will process your return within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you further email notification to confirm this.

US RETURNS

We offer free returns for our US based customers purchasing standard price goods. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address for free. If you wish to return a discounted good, please mail it to us using an appropriate secure postage delivery service.

If you are unhappy with a Travelwrap Company purchase, please let us know by emailing us at info@thetravelwrapcompany.com within 30 days from the purchase date and you will be offered an exchange (with complimentary shipping) or a refund. Once we have received the details of the return requested, we will organize a collection from your address in the US by our courier company and at your convenience.

In order to process an exchange or full refund, on any unwanted or unworn Travelwrap, you will need to:

1. Include the item you want to return in its original condition and packaging.
2. Fill in the details on the Return/Exchange form.
3. Enclose the original dispatch note or provide details of your name, address and order number.

Once we have received your returned Travelwrap order we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned goods. We will process your return request within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you further email notification to confirm this.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE US AND EU)

If you are unhappy with a Travelwrap Company purchase, please return it to us within 30 days from the purchase date and you will be offered an exchange (with complimentary shipping) or a refund.

In order to process an exchange or full refund, on any unwanted or unworn Travelwrap, you will need to:

1. Include the item you want to return in its original condition and packaging.
2. Fill in the details on the Return/Exchange form.
3. Enclose the original dispatch note or provide details of your name, address and order number.

We regret that The Travelwrap Company is unable to provide free returns for international orders, therefore we recommend that you retain your Proof of Postage Receipt as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

International customers must clearly mark their return packages ‘British Return Goods’ with a domestic sale value of £0.00, as your returned items are not applicable to Duty once they reach the UK.

Once we have received your returned Travelwrap order we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned goods. We will process your return request within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you further email notification to confirm this.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

The return provisions above do not affect your consumer statutory rights. If the goods on receipt are damaged or faulty or receipt, please contact us (info@thetravelwrapcompany.com) immediately, quoting your order number and describing the fault and you will be offered an exchange or full refund, including all postage costs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Bespoke monogrammed Travelwraps and scarves (‘Bespoke Products’) are any goods specifically personalized with our embroidery.

Orders received for Bespoke Products cannot be cancelled or changed. Bespoke Products may not be returned unless they are faulty. Faulty goods will be rectified free of charge. Any problems with any part of an order for Bespoke Products must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.

CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel your order if (a) there is insufficient stock or the goods are discontinued; (b) we cannot authorise your payment; (c) we do not deliver to your location; or (d) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will refund you all sums paid by you within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

THE WEBSITE

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access details.

The website is made for your own, personal use. You agree not to try to gain unauthorised access to the website or any networks, servers or computer systems connected to the Site and/or reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble all or part of the website save to the extent expressly permitted by law.

There may be occasions when access to the website may be interrupted, including for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and/or equipment. We reserve the right to remove any goods from the website at any time and for any reason.

The copyright in all material contained in the website including all information, data, text, images, designer profiles, and all source code and other software is owned by or licensed to us. THE TRAVEL WRAP COMPANY is a trade mark.

The website may contain links to sites or apps operated by third parties. We do not have any influence or control over any such third party sites or apps and we are not responsible for and do not endorse any third party sites or apps or their availability or content.

The website is provided ‘as is’ and to the extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to access to and use of the website. Our maximum liability for any claim by you relating to the goods or services, including breach of contract and tort including negligence or otherwise, shall be limited to the price paid for the goods or services that are the subject of the claim.

GENERAL

These terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and The Travelwrap Company concerning your use of the website and orders for goods or services.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties and all other provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
