The website and products are provided by The Travelwrap Company Limited, a company registered in England under number 6012041 with a registered office 36 St Thomas Street, Lymington, SO41 9NE. When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of the website and/or purchaser of goods.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between you and us. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you visit the website and order goods, including monogrammed goods, or reconditioning services from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering goods or reconditioning services from our website.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions, including delivery fees and prices, from time to time at our discretion. If we do so, the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible, provided that any changes shall not apply in respect of an order received. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions so that you are aware of any changes to them.

We take reasonable care to make sure that descriptions of our goods are correct at all times. However, because of the nature of their production, there may be small variations in each good and therefore the actual good you receive may differ slightly from the image or description on the website. We also try to display the colours of our goods accurately. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your device and we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the goods on delivery. All goods are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and we shall promptly refund all costs paid.


We shall use all reasonable skill and care in providing the reconditioning service. You acknowledge that the outcome of the reconditioning service depends on the extent of the damage itself and that it may not be possible to repair larger tears invisibly.

If damage to your travel wrap is extensive, we will contact you by email or phone to discuss what we can do, and whether any additional charge is due, prior to the work being undertaken. If the damage to your travel wrap is beyond repair or if you do not wish to pay any additional charges, we will issue a full refund (excluding postage costs) and return your travel wrap to you at our cost.

We cannot be held responsible for travel wraps that do not reach us so we strongly recommend that you retain a Proof of Postage certificate (at no extra cost) from the Post Office or courier.

You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning your travel wrap(s) for reconditioning.

Reconditioning of your travel wrap may involve repairs by hand so please allow up to 6-8 weeks for return of your travel wrap(s).

In the very unlikely event that the travel wrap is lost, stolen or damaged whilst in our care, we will either replace it with the same or similar product or, if that is not possible, with a product from our range to an equal or greater value of the original purchase. We shall have no further liability to you in respect of any lost, stolen or damaged travel wrap.


We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, including wrong initials, typographical errors, incorrect delivery address and any other ordering mistakes. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting.



We offer complimentary standard shipping within the UK for orders over £100. If you are an international resident and want to ship into the UK, please select the country and browse. All purchases are shipped from our UK office.

We aim to pack and prepare your Travelwrap order on the same working day we receive your order. For orders placed before midday GMT will be dispatched the same day. We will contact you if there is any unforeseen delay with the dispatch of your Travelwrap order.

On Demand Delivery:

You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the chosen couriers tracking website, with options to sign up to email or text notifications on your order, ensuring you never miss a delivery.

It is important to us that you receive a positive shipping experience, so we have partnered with couriers where you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options including:

  • Reschedule for another day
  • Leave with a neighbour
  • Leave in a safe place
  • Deliver to a collection point
  • Deliver to an alternative address

Most shipments will require a signature on delivery; therefore, we are not able to ship to PO BOX addresses, parcel lockers etc.

Shipments to some remote locations may take longer, and delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We partner with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so that you may purchase Travelwrap products in your local language and currency.  Global-e ship to over 200 countries worldwide, if you are shipping to a different country, please select the country and browse.  If your order is subject to that country’s local import taxes, we can take this payment up front to guarantee no hold ups in customs or duties and taxes to pay when your goods arrive.

If you would like contactless delivery or for your order to be left in a designated safe place, you can update your delivery preferences in the DHL dispatch email that follows your Travelwrap order confirmation email.


Order cut off times are provided as a guide only, and do not take into account delays outside of our control.

We are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched.

We are unable to take international orders over the phone.

We have extended the returns policy to cover the Christmas period. All orders (7th November to 31st December 2023) can be exchanged or returned by the 31st January 2024


We offer free returns for our UK customers purchasing standard price goods within 30 days from the purchase date and you will be offered an exchange (with complimentary shipping) or a refund.

In order to process an exchange or full refund, on any unwanted or unworn travelwrap, you will need to:

1. Fill in the details on the Return/Exchange form.
2. Include the item you want to return in its original condition and packaging with security tag in place.
3. Post your travel wrap back through your local post office using the prepaid returns label provided. Please ensure you retain proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Once we have received your returned travelwrap, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you further email notification to confirm this.

Please note, if you wish to return a discounted or sale item, a return posted charge of £5.25 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Travelwrap and Global E offer a free, straightforward returns policy. If your order number starts with GE please follow the steps below to return your order:

Head to the Global E Returns Portal to generate your returns label. You will need your order number (which starts with GE) and email address handy to create this. The returns portal can be found here
2. Once in the return’s portal, select the item/s you wish to return, choose a reason from the drop down menu and click next.
3. Your returns label and form will be generated.
4. Include the Global E returns form inside the parcel.
5. Attach the return address label to the outside of your parcel ensuring you remove any old address or postage labels.

Once we have received your Travelwrap order, we will process your return within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you further email notification to confirm this.

Please note, if you wish to return a discounted or sale item this is not free. Send back the returned goods with DHL using our negotiated discounted rates. The return provisions above do not affect your consumer statutory rights. If the goods on receipt are damaged or faulty on receipt, please contact us ([email protected]) immediately, quoting your order number and describing the fault and you will be offered an exchange or full refund, including all postage costs.


Bespoke monogrammed travelwraps and scarves (‘Bespoke Products’) or any goods specifically personalized with our embroidery.

Orders received for Bespoke Products cannot be cancelled or changed. Bespoke Products may not be returned unless they are faulty. Faulty goods will be rectified free of charge. Any problems with any part of an order for Bespoke Products must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.


Codes provided by the The Travelwrap Company will apply to full price items only. Promotions and offers are valid for a limited duration and are not transferable. Multiple codes cannot be applied to a single order, ie one code can be used per order placed during the promotion period.


We reserve the right to cancel your order if (a) there is insufficient stock or the goods are discontinued; (b) we cannot authorise your payment; (c) we do not deliver to your location; or (d) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will refund you all sums paid by you within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access details.

The website is made for your own, personal use. You agree not to try to gain unauthorised access to the website or any networks, servers or computer systems connected to the Site and/or reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble all or part of the website save to the extent expressly permitted by law.

There may be occasions when access to the website may be interrupted, including for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and/or equipment. We reserve the right to remove any goods from the website at any time and for any reason.

The copyright in all material contained in the website including all information, data, text, images, designer profiles, and all source code and other software is owned by or licensed to us. THE TRAVELWRAP COMPANY is a trade mark.

The website may contain links to sites or apps operated by third parties. We do not have any influence or control over any such third party sites or apps and we are not responsible for and do not endorse any third party sites or apps or their availability or content.

The website is provided ‘as is’ and to the extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to access to and use of the website. Our maximum liability for any claim by you relating to the goods or services, including breach of contract and tort including negligence or otherwise, shall be limited to the price paid for the goods or services that are the subject of the claim.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
